Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Furnas product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the RSWC24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RML48 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 48DC38AA3 by Manufacturer Furnas as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand A20B0007034006A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eagle-Signal such as HG100A6 equipment made by Eagle-Signal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eagle-Signal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eagle-Signal" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5741473P23 made by Ge as well as the popular 6042H144 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA140120 by Electromatic and HG100A6 spares by Eagle-Signal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SA145120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic.
