We service and repair Crystalox MSD4000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Crystalox MSD4000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the MSD4000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our MSD4000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cybelec-Vtm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the C0500C2A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 920180601 manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M24125 by Manufacturer Cybelec-Vtm as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Cutler-Hammer Brand 10370H708A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Daifuku such as AL270041001 equipment made by Daifuku have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daifuku products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daifuku" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GM126401 made by Data-Image as well as the popular 70061 original spares produced by Danaher
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A3A0149 by Cwt and AL270041001 spares by Daifuku are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 860R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danfysik.
