Cyber Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Cyber CG-2000 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Cyber CG-2000 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CG-2000 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CG-2000 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cyber CG-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Det-tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Euchner product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-tronics such as the DE2071010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 602235 manufactured by Allen-bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AC15 by Manufacturer Euchner as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fulke Brand PM3323 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynisco such as PT2425M2618T47 equipment made by Dynisco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynisco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynisco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 800LH made by Cyber as well as the popular TMT142 original spares produced by Endress-Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E50AW26P by Cutler-hammer and PT2425M2618T47 spares by Dynisco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 757597 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Deisslingen.
