Dayton Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Dayton CSI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Dayton CSI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CSI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CSI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Delta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta such as the VF750CP43A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 137086 manufactured by Dek and we are pleased to be able to service most Dek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD900CP43A by Manufacturer Delta as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Deckel-Maho Brand LCD120198 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta-Tau such as GBL6CO5700S equipment made by Delta-Tau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Tau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Tau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 52294 made by Dewert as well as the popular RCW1606 original spares produced by Destaco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GGS7821 by Dayton and GBL6CO5700S spares by Delta-Tau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BEK1F100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Di-soric.
