Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Det-tronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Disco-Es parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delta product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Det-tronics such as the 009471003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MODL403 manufactured by Disco-Es and we are pleased to be able to service most Disco-Es systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VF750V43C by Manufacturer Delta as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has De-Sta-Co Brand RR36180M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Detcon such as DM700 equipment made by Detcon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Detcon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Detcon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F5406 made by Dell as well as the popular HPRS23 original spares produced by Del-tron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 77358A11 by Dmg-Mori and DM700 spares by Detcon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BZY103 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Delta.
