Deif Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Deif SCM-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Deif SCM-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SCM-1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SCM-1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Boeckeler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aaon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Kollmorgen product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Boeckeler such as the VIA150K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R4066K manufactured by Aaon and we are pleased to be able to service most Aaon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR10200000000 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Trane Brand X1365032201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Parvex such as TBN206 equipment made by Parvex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parvex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parvex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SCP631 made by Square-D as well as the popular YSM206B24230V original spares produced by Giddings--Lewis
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM1001 by Pulnix and TBN206 spares by Parvex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SND0039 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
