Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Demag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital-Dynamics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Design-Components product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Demag such as the 26030384 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0216129000 manufactured by Digital-Dynamics and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital-Dynamics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 240 by Manufacturer Design-Components as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Densitron Brand 045H10C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dietz such as FDR100LC equipment made by Dietz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dietz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dietz" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UZV001320400 made by Dietz as well as the popular S103005 original spares produced by Dgd
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M8028 by Digital and FDR100LC spares by Dietz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
