Del-tron Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Del-tron 450X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Del-tron 450X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 450X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 450X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dengensha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dietz product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dengensha such as the PMU05425 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5000154402 manufactured by Digi and we are pleased to be able to service most Digi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DN16Q by Manufacturer Dietz as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Destaco Brand RPW500M2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Demag such as UMF80AX8 equipment made by Demag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Demag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Demag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DGPL25500PPDGPL25500PP made by Festo as well as the popular MICROWR original spares produced by Denex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KT802 by Dickson and UMF80AX8 spares by Demag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
