Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2220HN4PIE4 manufactured by Dukane and we are pleased to be able to service most Dukane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGCAZ00Z13AAA by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Duff-Norton Brand SPB6405 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dvt such as 80025DC512K equipment made by Dvt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dvt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dvt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8701992 made by Diagraph as well as the popular CAE16HD original spares produced by Digital
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PBC2D by Dover and 80025DC512K spares by Dvt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
