Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dwyer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dungs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Duff-norton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dwyer such as the 3010SGT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VDK manufactured by Dungs and we are pleased to be able to service most Dungs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT1002150 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Detcon Brand 97521520100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as KM90053B1 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RR2890 made by Destaco as well as the popular DA15F03 original spares produced by Dmal
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 88Z846 by Drc and KM90053B1 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 25002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Domino.
