Our services for the Demag DSM5 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DSM5 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Duff-norton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dvt product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynac such as the D2V030NF1006 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT1002200 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IDIAD by Manufacturer Dvt as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Duff-Norton Brand M255412 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by D-link such as DWS316024PC equipment made by D-link have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire D-link products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "D-link" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CIMRG3A4015 made by Dynac as well as the popular 2532000010 original spares produced by Denso
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 39702 by Durant and DWS316024PC spares by D-link are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
