Our services for the Dial-x FC-90-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the FC-90-2 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP370D96030A13 manufactured by Digital-Electronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital-Electronics systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dodge Brand 132954 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Direct-Logic such as D4E equipment made by Direct-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Direct-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Direct-Logic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 651300130 made by Diversified as well as the popular XR02CX original spares produced by Dixell
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 051870201 by Digitec and D4E spares by Direct-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
