Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the HC62536000003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 81X3236 manufactured by Dynamics-Research-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynamics-Research-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M900112 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Digital Brand D96006C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as 2212701000 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NTM9405 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular 3550119 original spares produced by Dr.-Schenk
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15202050036S by Dynamic-Research and 2212701000 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
