Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dynapar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynapar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dwyer-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the HA52500600641 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HS350060H3010 manufactured by Dynapar and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynapar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A3001 by Manufacturer Dwyer-Instruments as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Duff-norton Brand 2Ton in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Duff-norton such as LT251200 equipment made by Duff-norton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Duff-norton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Duff-norton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G0566044 made by Dynapar as well as the popular 61AAEF0250A000 original spares produced by Dynapar
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NM94151 by Duff-Norton and LT251200 spares by Duff-norton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LM2005510 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Duff.
