Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynisco such as the PT420A15M6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M25553 manufactured by Duff-norton and we are pleased to be able to service most Duff-norton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT422A20M6 by Manufacturer Dynisco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Dynapar Brand 62AAEF0600A0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dytran such as 4120 equipment made by Dytran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dytran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dytran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPD6415 made by Duff-Norton as well as the popular 5029290001 original spares produced by Dynapar
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FX19PLNMAR10 by Dynics and 4120 spares by Dytran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
