Drivecon Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Drivecon XT Series and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Drivecon XT Series include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the XT Series if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our XT Series repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B1000085202A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LX40096015201 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMX34AA5D6F00 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand A20B3300060004B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Etel such as DSB2P134111E000H equipment made by Etel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Etel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Etel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A16B21000030 made by Fanuc as well as the popular SV01514EAP1 original spares produced by Eaton
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSB2S131111E000H by Eltel and DSB2P134111E000H spares by Etel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
