Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynisco PT422A-10M-26/18-T47 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Heidenhain products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fredrick product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Heidenhain such as the 705D000018000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1830 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HITNOT by Manufacturer Fredrick as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Foxboro Brand 112505AA44A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hengstler such as RI58O1000EK42KB equipment made by Hengstler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hengstler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hengstler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 320001 made by Heidenhain as well as the popular 38151100 original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTL160GR10GC20K by Endress-Hauser and RI58O1000EK42KB spares by Hengstler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KPM1U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
