Edwards Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Edwards 2-PPS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Edwards 2-PPS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 2-PPS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 2-PPS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electric-Motors such as the 128044 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SHARK1006010V3D2485P manufactured by Electro-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AZLR4AH by Manufacturer El.ge as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Electro-Pneumatic-Corp Brand 218A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electro-Craft such as 070209010 equipment made by Electro-Craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Craft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 76031 made by Electro as well as the popular 440554007M original spares produced by Electro-Craft
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30MHJSC1420DEF by Electra and 070209010 spares by Electro-Craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
