We service and repair Efector 5002 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Efector 5002 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 5002 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowserve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Encoder product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the FEC22 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R8521AA manufactured by Flowserve and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowserve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7110300OHD126SSN by Manufacturer Encoder as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Flowline Brand LC101001LP101403 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Euchner such as EGT25000C1096 equipment made by Euchner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Euchner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Euchner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HMS82703 made by Escort-Memory-Systems as well as the popular 7C19 original spares produced by Electrosensor
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTM31F4BB11 by Eh and EGT25000C1096 spares by Euchner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
