Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Efector PN-010-RBR14-MFRKG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out The-Imaging-Source parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ipts product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the 10910393A0107 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMK23F274 manufactured by The-Imaging-Source and we are pleased to be able to service most The-Imaging-Source systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ICS60 by Manufacturer Ipts as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Indramat Brand 10909804A0201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ims such as MXCS100701 equipment made by Ims have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ims products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ims" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3XACS250TYP made by Indel as well as the popular EXP3870 original spares produced by Image-Automation

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMD005 by Imperial-Electric and MXCS100701 spares by Ims are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LWLF24CS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iko.
