Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Efector PZ9974, PZ-010PSBN14-HFPKG/US/V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromate parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Flo-tronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 04011100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E606CHNFSS6 manufactured by Electromate and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromate systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L400E by Manufacturer Flo-tronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fenwal Brand 450f in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Flex-core such as CTL5000T equipment made by Flex-core have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flex-core products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flex-core" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 62003J made by Ferraz-Shawmut as well as the popular 22DJ3 original spares produced by Electronic-Control-Systems

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11450 by Fujinon and CTL5000T spares by Flex-core are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCUA30M30PA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro.
