Ekspla Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Ekspla TK1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Ekspla TK1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TK1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TK1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electro-Craft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electro-Craft product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro-Craft such as the MP36WL020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 053001015 manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMII115v by Manufacturer Electro-Craft as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Elektronik Brand IPCAA2001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electro such as MOT3 equipment made by Electro have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
