Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro Craft 0650-00-055 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Louis-Allis products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kaiser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Terex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Louis-Allis such as the 4147099001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2550256 manufactured by Kaiser and we are pleased to be able to service most Kaiser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 893709 by Manufacturer Terex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Allen-Bradley Brand 193490 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Indramat such as 281235 equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 020360T3E254T made by Weg as well as the popular 325885 original spares produced by Baumuller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 05KS by Otis and 281235 spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 260113 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
