We service and repair Electroglas Pneumatic and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Electroglas Pneumatic include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Pneumatic if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Pneumatic repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the FXA195P1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 022201439 manufactured by Engal and we are pleased to be able to service most Engal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 24008000 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

Spare units by Electro-matic such as 171405 equipment made by Electro-matic have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FMU90R21CA131AA1A by Endress-Hauser and 171405 spares by Electro-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
