Elmo Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Elmo EP1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Elmo EP1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EP1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EP1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Epson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the CM442HRR3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKP338 manufactured by Epson and we are pleased to be able to service most Epson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMD55 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Endevco Brand 65100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as 5BH08A90A1AB041A3 equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
