Elo-matic Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Elo-matic ES2.5 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Elo-matic ES2.5 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ES2.5 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ES2.5 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3051S2CG4A2E12A2AB4 manufactured by Fisher-Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 392030039 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Emerson Brand 2822071 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 0279084300 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESA2004AL2 by Elo-matic and 0279084300 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
