Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Emerson 6203-2ZJC3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motor-Magnetics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the 5cd144ma020b086 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40DK0522 manufactured by Motor-Magnetics and we are pleased to be able to service most Motor-Magnetics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 55764270 by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ge Brand 5K43MG3976 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as 5K224D13 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5KS182BCT205R made by Ge as well as the popular 4Z289 original spares produced by Dayton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40059CV10 by Saftronics and 5K224D13 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
