Empire Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Empire U41 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Empire U41 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the U41 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our U41 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates.
