Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser 83S40-AAAZAAACBAAA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fairchild products, including obsoleted and phased-out Euchner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 General-Monitors product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairchild such as the T520010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PWE008RG073853 manufactured by Euchner and we are pleased to be able to service most Euchner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 100011 by Manufacturer General-Monitors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has General-Monitors Brand TS4000H461132 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Enterasys such as C2G1244B equipment made by Enterasys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enterasys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enterasys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44C331890G01 made by Ge as well as the popular ES0205880308001 original spares produced by Entegris

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EGA12525D by Entran-Devices and C2G1244B spares by Enterasys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPV10GEASI Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo.
