Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hengstler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hengstler such as the RI58O2000AK42TH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AZ181130 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5220 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Bandit Brand 11BRW300F79 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gems such as 49124 equipment made by Gems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H202 made by Filtersense as well as the popular D8225 original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14090PPE by Hmi and 49124 spares by Gems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MADIST001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell.
