Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser CUM253-TB8410 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eoa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Equustek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Entwirrungsprint-1 product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eoa such as the 501858 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DL4500 manufactured by Equustek and we are pleased to be able to service most Equustek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4004301 by Manufacturer Entwirrungsprint-1 as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Enerpro Brand FC0G6100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Esa such as BRD007208 equipment made by Esa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FTL513PFM90 by Endress--Hauser and BRD007208 spares by Esa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
