Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser CUM 750 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Erg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Entron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Endress--Hauser product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Erg such as the E156486 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 410062 manufactured by Entron and we are pleased to be able to service most Entron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FMR245S4ALKAA9A by Manufacturer Endress--Hauser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Esi Brand 41474 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ermaksan such as QS80M4B40H equipment made by Ermaksan have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A2n12424 by Enterasys and QS80M4B40H spares by Ermaksan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 410319 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Entron.
