Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Endress & Hauser PMC-531-D40A2B6A1S parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Esa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Envirotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Entran-Devices product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Esa such as the VT060000CN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EAS83 manufactured by Envirotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Envirotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EGAL125F20 by Manufacturer Entran-Devices as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Eoa Brand 500670 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Enterlec such as 30410402 equipment made by Enterlec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enterlec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enterlec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PMD55LPQ8101 made by Endress--Hauser as well as the popular 410323 original spares produced by Entron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FMC671Z676Z by Endress--Hauser and 30410402 spares by Enterlec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EH853S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seiko.
