Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gf-Signet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hach product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the TSVG940A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32536P0 manufactured by Gf-Signet and we are pleased to be able to service most Gf-Signet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRD1P5 by Manufacturer Hach as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fireye Brand 47EM41000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as A2900561V531 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RK10500S made by Gefran as well as the popular HF125HA1B original spares produced by Fujinon
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A34W120A by Flowserve and A2900561V531 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
