Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Exor-Electronic-Rd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairbanks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Extech product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Exor-Electronic-Rd such as the TLIN13316 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACC151 manufactured by Fairbanks and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairbanks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EC500 by Manufacturer Extech as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fag Brand NU209E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as 1206WEM2A equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AA94002 made by Facts-Engineering as well as the popular EZ220PPLC original spares produced by Ez-Automation
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F408RTD by Facts-Engineering and 1206WEM2A spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
