Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ez Automation EZ-S4M-FSE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fairchild product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A02B0060C474 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A16B1210032005AA16B12100320 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10242 by Manufacturer Fairchild as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fagor Brand BUM253060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as 2090Y1S equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Z190331 made by Fairchild as well as the popular A06B0152B0767000 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 325WBM1A10 by Falk and 2090Y1S spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S1250R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fagor.
