Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Facts-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fadal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Facts-Engineering such as the F404DAS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10200GPCB0000 manufactured by Fadal and we are pleased to be able to service most Fadal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 85X0250 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Fanuc Brand A02B0236C150BA20B8001072104A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as 89C5332 equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QC5001700TT6000406 made by Fairchild as well as the popular F316TA1 original spares produced by Facts-Engineering
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 82981 by Cincinnati and 89C5332 spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02B0105C232 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
