Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 180WM40A manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Warner Brand 21030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stearns such as 1087022DLF equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 206Q56H10 made by Morse as well as the popular 184TM6A original spares produced by Dodge
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20QZ20H56 by Baldor and 1087022DLF spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
