We service and repair Falk 57-1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Falk 57-1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 57-1 if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AE070005 manufactured by Apex and we are pleased to be able to service most Apex systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Emerson Brand 9HB1SN15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accutrue such as ATR014030UD equipment made by Accutrue have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accutrue products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accutrue" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6Z441 made by Dayton as well as the popular ABL3913E original spares produced by Bodine
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5K39QN3272K by Ge and ATR014030UD spares by Accutrue are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
