Fireye Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Fireye ERT1 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Fireye ERT1 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ERT1 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ERT1 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12P0569X032 manufactured by Fisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher systems and parts. Spare units by Foundry-Networks such as SI350 equipment made by Foundry-Networks have been added to our featured items. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
