Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Flender Himmel K40-A90LP4RI-L16GHV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Century product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the IDNM3581TM15BR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K21R200L2VLHW manufactured by Vem and we are pleased to be able to service most Vem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H609 by Manufacturer Century as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Mitsubishi Brand HFKP73 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as ILS1R851S1390 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HE132SD2 by Lafert and ILS1R851S1390 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GNM3125G24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Engel.
