Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric CDPA0PUJ-42, EP-2100, HEH 4942C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Century products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chemineer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chromalox product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Century such as the H044 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5HTNHTD manufactured by Chemineer and we are pleased to be able to service most Chemineer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT230E2 by Manufacturer Chromalox as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Celco Brand TC2100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Chino such as EL10006 equipment made by Chino have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Chino products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Chino" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CT8132370 made by Charmilles as well as the popular PT10120AS original spares produced by Celesco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1012169009 by Char-lynn and EL10006 spares by Chino are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7P56AB09D90C01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Century.
