Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric PXR4TCS1-0Y13T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Furnas products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Futec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Furnas such as the 14JB32AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FX5U32MTDSS manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FS5011 by Manufacturer Futec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Galil Brand DMC1880RevE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Galil such as MSA1280 equipment made by Galil have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Galil products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Galil" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 42EE109193R made by Furnas as well as the popular VS1MX112 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FC9602LSS1 by Fujitsu and MSA1280 spares by Galil are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42FE35AFGR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Furnas.
