Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates 4578-14MGT-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Winsmith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Martin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Martin product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Winsmith such as the 5MLD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 58V2240 manufactured by Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 48V1320F by Manufacturer Martin as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Warner Brand 501040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mayr such as 6100210 equipment made by Mayr have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mayr products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mayr" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 507D24 made by Morse as well as the popular 924MDV5180TCLU original spares produced by Winsmith

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 750311 by Wago and 6100210 spares by Mayr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 53572045 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlanta.
