Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Gates Belt4/8V1060 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ohio parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dodge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the D56C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM82640140L manufactured by Ohio and we are pleased to be able to service most Ohio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCR1 by Manufacturer Dodge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Vulcan Brand D563701 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as CHHS6130YR211 equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CHF413517 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular DU5 original spares produced by Hewitt-robins

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMQ2203 by Grove and CHHS6130YR211 spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C167598 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motch.
