Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Giddings & Lewis SY155C4 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gasonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gasonics such as the 973249 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5K256AN2030 manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1589K26G700 by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Ge Brand 44D331909G01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gates such as 14MX71S68 equipment made by Gates have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gates products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gates" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S232AEF10N made by Parker as well as the popular 2OS original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMC1880RevE by Galil and 14MX71S68 spares by Gates are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GE100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bell-And-Gossett.
