Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Glunz & Jensen 6301Y-000501 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the GPD515CB080 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S506100 manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASTM84001 by Manufacturer Gould as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Modicon Brand AS506P001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Gettys such as EL772452 equipment made by Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gettys" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available B640 made by Modicon as well as the popular MAP933000 original spares produced by Gould

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS509P005REVA5 by Gould and EL772452 spares by Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PD3R2M3RF0T1U534 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grace.
