Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YorkXPS

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Graco 201-352 W/G97F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Voumard-Grossenbacher-Gelag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gutor product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Voumard-Grossenbacher-Gelag such as the VM0228004041 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC670G manufactured by Gse and we are pleased to be able to service most Gse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OP6281A by Manufacturer Gutor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Grove Brand HMQ1300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Graco such as 24E45100146799 equipment made by Graco have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available OPTO22 made by Greenspring-Computers as well as the popular BG3K191 original spares produced by Gtr

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GTESize1Breaker by Gte and 24E45100146799 spares by Graco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BM2241A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove.
