Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hmi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Indel product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hmi such as the 30060PPE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PI2954 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMPMSD2 by Manufacturer Indel as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Hyde Brand SM556A100LE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ifm such as 02VWRPKG equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VKC220E made by Hitachi as well as the popular 1313 original spares produced by Heidenhain
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 420XXL by Katy and 02VWRPKG spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
