Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Helical products, including obsoleted and phased-out Grove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hayward product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Helical such as the ACRM07566 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UM2302 manufactured by Grove and we are pleased to be able to service most Grove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9040N by Manufacturer Hayward as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Grove Brand GRH82630H119 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Helwig such as E57476 equipment made by Helwig have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Helwig products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Helwig" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 022000403 made by Hub-City as well as the popular 2425UF02180TC60 original spares produced by Grove
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13047501LAR by Hub-City and E57476 spares by Helwig are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
